Swapping Warrior seats into a 1966 Cherokee

I was hoping to install seats from a Piper Warrior into my 1966 Piper Cherokee 140 to take advantage of the height adjustment and safer seat construction. I have a pair of Warrior seats in need of recovering but before doing that I wanted to see if anyone has done this already and what the paperwork was necessary since it is not an original part? The seat track appear identical and look like they will fit.
