Lycoming Dakota with Hartzell constant speed prop.
Owner reports the prop will not cycle
Temps not real cold and normal run-up rpm used.
Control linkage does move the governor arm.
Last prop o/h was 17 years ago.
Looking for troubleshooting ideas and not pulling things apart. Yet.
