Strobe light power supply question

Sorry if this is a dumb question but can you tell by looking at this if one of these wire bundles coming out of the power supply goes to a tail strobe? There is currently a strobe on each wing. Just trying to find out if one of the two tail white lights should be a strobe. Thanks for the help. Plane is a PA-32RT-300, 1978.
