Does anyone have any experience with returning a Stratus unit for service? We have a 2s that is 4 or 5 yrs old that suddenly stopped working. Would not power up or take a charge. Tried a battery replacement from Sporty’s with no luck. Spoke to a Sporty’s tech rep who said if I send it in they would send it to manufacturer who would then advise me. Any opinions? Thanks.
