Stratus 3i intermitent failure

I installed a Stratus 3i with the Appareo transponder for my ADS-B in and out but recently my stratus doesn't show traffic and WX consistently as it should. the antenna conection is good and I show 3 green lights as it should. I have a little success booting my mini but even that doesn't work all the time. I also have booted the receiver but again its not always successful. My time out is not on. I have read a little of others having trouble and would like to hear if anyone has experienced the same problems and any solutions found.
