Just curious how everyone starts the plane with no analogue gauges—- my digital engine monitor JPIEDM900 is wired to an avionics bus with a switch so it is off during startup. I have an analogue oil pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge I would like to get rid of. But I shouldn’t turn in that avionics switch before starting right? What do y’all do when all digital to see fuel pressure during electric fuel pump priming (fuel injected) or oil pressure immediately after start?
