I am starting a rental business. I have already purchased a Cherokee 140 and in the processes of setting up the LLC. We have a couple of months of work to do before we are ready to start the actual rental of the plane. I have got pricing for commercial insurance and I think that I have all of the bases covers. Has anyone ever been involved in airplane rental? I am looking for some example rental agreements that others have used and some other helpful information.
