Source for inner door seal

Hi. I'm looking for a source to find replacement inner door seals. These are the leather cosmetic seals that go on the inside of the door. See pic.

It seems the previous owner neglected the outer door seal, which caused the inner leather seal to deteriorate along where it was leaking.
