Sometimes, You're Just Lucky

After a flight from CSV to MGY, I noticed my landing light was just hanging by the wires. I was fine when I left CSV. Short story is the retainer ring for the landing light was missing. I was figuring out how to get back to Northern VA when they called and told me they found the ring on a taxiway doing a FOD check and fixed it. That was pure luck.
