Never owned my own plane b4, but want one. I know finance depends on using the plane as collateral, and usually a 15% down payment, but at my age
assuming I can afford the payments would I get any difficulty in buying a Piper
Dakota. 300 plus hours, current 3rd class, and recently joined a flying club flying Piper 181. Any comments welcome,

Thanks in advance,
Chuck...:)
