Quick question for the masses. How hard is it to change out/upgrade an existing fixed belt diagonal belt to an inertial reel? Is it a matter of popping off the cover and attaching the reel with the existing mount or is it more involved than that? STC required or a simple log entry?

From pictures thy look like they have a similar attachment mechanism, but you just never know. I am glad I have a shoulder belt, but the fixed style drives me nuts...to have it loose enough to reach the rudder trim makes it too loose when upright. First world problems I know. Anybody done this?
