Shopping for Arrow, need info

I’m in the market for a used Arrow that I will be using for IFR flights. As such I would really like to have a two axis autopilot and I would also like at least an Aspen or similar PFD. I have narrowed my search to two aircraft, one has a PFD and a 1-axis autopilot. The other has a 2-axis autopilot and a six-pack. My first question for the group is what costs more to upgrade, the autopilot or the PFD? Additionally, has anyone used the Savvy Aviation prebuy service and if so, what do you think about it!
