Lots of conversation in other threads about the new wing AD, and the fact that many or most of the Hershey Bar Wing Aircraft, are not included (Like my 1965 PA-28-180), and maybe we have escaped a bullet there.
Please help me out as I am not the sharpest tool in the drawer ????
Doesn't SERVICE BULLETIN NO. 1304 do something very similar ????

Just trying to figure out if my 1965 PA-28-180, is required to have some major procedure performed, at the next required inspection.
