A local (to me) flight school just had the second nosegear collapse of a Seminole in 12 months (two different planes). Is there some known or suspected weakness in the Seminole nosegear that makes them prone to collapse? Or is this just poor pilot technique taking its toll?
It's been decades since I flew a Seminole, but I did much of my multi training in one and I don't recall it being nose-heavy or otherwise hard to land. Of course, most of my flying has been in an Arrow, which feels very similar.
