OK I have the Service Bulletin right here in front of me. I laid out the measurements on my PA 28-180 baggage compartment floor, the dimensions that are given in the instructions. To me, it looks like where you are to cut the holes out are to far aft. If you measure in the opposite direction, and measure forward to aft 10.98 inches the hole seems to be where it should be. Has anybody previously complied with this service bulletin can you let me know how yours came out, TIA
