This is already a regularly inspected item at each 100Hr. and Annual check. I don't know of any Aircraft engineer that would not look at this during any check and I don't think we need this SB. Furthermore, I think if a cracked one was found, rather than buy a new one, a good approved aircraft welder would be able to weld the old one and install the gusset patches. Let's see what others do, please post here if you find issues and what your remedies are.
