I just received a new SB for our Arrow... this SB has you open up an inspection panel on the bottom of the fuselage just aft of the nose gear retract tunnel and look at the orientation of the Stabilizer Idler Arm... however, not all of our Arrow's have this inspection panel in the bottom... I think Piper missed the boat on on this one.

Now, if you remove the carpet and the inspection panels from the tunnel that runs between the rear seats and the throttle quadrant pedestal, you might be able to get a look at the stabilizer arm from this perspective.
