Removing entertainment center on Saratoga to gain useful load??

I am shopping for a 1998-2004 ish Saratoga and realizing the the useful load is not great compared to the 80s versions.

One particular plane I am looking at has the 5 seats + entertainment center with VCR TV etc. Has anyone removed this to gain a few more pounds of useful load? Does anyone know how much weight I can gain from the removal? I found a saratoga options list but couldn't decipher all the weight of the parts.

This is what im talking about, the entertainment center in place of the 6th seat
