I am lucky enough that my mechanic allowes me to dissasemble the aircraft for my annuals which helps with the bills. However, I for the life of me cant figure out how to properly remove the back bench on my -151 warrior. It has two bolts up top and 4 bolts holding the top and bottom of the bench together. The four bolts are a pain to get too, removing the top 2 are pretty easy. Most of the time I just remove the top 2 bolts on wrestle with the bench to get it out, but the bench is practicly the same width as the interior so it more or less rips the interior. Lucky for me this has been done many times before i bought the airplane so my only rips in my interior is where this bench gets removed....I follow the same rip marks that previouse mechanics left me.
If i take the time to remove the bottom four bolts as well........well those are incredibly time consuming and honestly i dont find it to be much easier.

What is the proper way to remove this bench?

thanks
slo
