Hi,
Looking at the TCDS for the Cherokee 140, it looks like it's approved for 4 seats in normal category and 2 in utility category (TCDS, page 12). Does this mean that I would be authorized, as a pilot/owner, to remove the back seats if I would like to transport bulkier items? Based on prior discussions I had, it would seem like it would be the case, but I wanted your input.
