Hello again, Everyone-

I introduced myself here: https://www.piperforum.com/threads/starting-from-scratch.21344/ , but to sum up I'm a 46-yo total newbie who plans to start flying next fall and wants to fly as a private pilot.

I'm interested if people have any recommendations for choosing a flight school. There are quite a few options where I'll be living once I start (Boise, ID), both at KBOI and a couple smaller GA airports. The ones I've looked at all seem fairly upstanding... lots of caveats about students usually needing more than 40 hrs to get a PPC, etc... Obviously price is a discriminator, but it's not the only (or even primary) one. Any questions I should be asking once I start calling around?

Thanks!
