I just installed an EDM-830 on my ‘65 235 (0-540 / constant speed prop). On my 1st flight after installation, I noticed some concerning CHT’s on #3 and 4. On takeoff, they were around 400 so I kept the nose low and made a slow ascent to cruise altitude. Once I got to altitude and cruise speed (2300/23”) and leaned out, they both crept up to 420/430. If I lowered to 2200/22”, they dropped to around 390/400. The other 4 cylinders were acceptable. I suspect I have a baffling issue?

Absolutely loving the data I’m receiving though. 100% worth having this monitor installed but need to fix this issue.

Thoughts and opinions please….thanks!
