Hi all, got my factory overhauled engine and so far so good. But it's funny, after 27 years of pumping the throttle a few times to start my Cherokee the new engine will only start using the primer. Any thoughts? I've experimented a bit and have pumped the throttle up to 4 times with no success. Beyond that I think I'd be looking for a puddle of gas under the nose wheel. I have no objections to using the primer, in fact prefer it, but have found them to be somewhat unreliable over time needing replaced o-rings and lube. Not a huge deal but wondering if this is indicative of something? Thanks!
