What good source do you guys use to get expected IFR routes? I live under Chicago's class B airspace so they never like to give me a clearance unless it is legal IMC at time of take off. Therefore, I'm only really successful at picking them up airborne which I hate doing since bumpy weather with a single axis auto pilot makes it more difficult to copy clearances and fly. I've read flightware.com provides this data but only if there have been recent flights. I'm flying to a small airport in AR so doubt that will be available :)

Could this be as simple as asking the briefer during the preflight briefing? I typically file GPS direct but of course never get that.
