I am looking at a PA28-140 in San Antonio. Could anyone recommend a good A&P in or around San Antonio to conduct a pre-buy? Also, I contacted a large aviation service center down there and they quoted $2,475 as the base price for an annual. This is about 3 times the rate here. Is that a fair price in the region?
