Had a firewall forward on my PA28RT-201T Piper Turbo Arrow. I mean right down to the engine frame itself. They did 'all new' for most parts. Thus, I have available a polished three-blade spinner with bulkhead available for your needs. Like any aircraft parts, airworthiness is the responsibility of your own certified mechanic. But take a look at this pictures and you can see this spinner and bulkhead look to be in excellent condition. The spinner polishes up to a nice bright shine.
