Play in VERTICAL stabilizer

Mechanic is telling me there's a little play in the vert stab in our archer ii.

I can really only fine one thread on it.

Mechanic says there's some sort of kit available to rectify it, anyone know anything about it? How much the kit is or how long it is to install?

I'm hoping it's a worn bolt issue and not cracks.
