1965 PA-28 140: After removing the fuel tanks for an annual (replace fuel lines, vent lines, do wing spare AD, etc.) we noticed we have two bad gang channels on the right wing. Part numbers 406-940 are basically impossible to find. Any ideas of a way to replace them?

I've heard scrap yards, talked to aero fastener, etc. No luck. It's a 24.5 inch, 8-32 gang channel. I also looked up any military cross reference and no luck.
