Phone mount

There's a lot of good ideas floating around in this forum and I thought someone may have come up with a good means of mounting their phones in the cockpit.
The bracket I've used is just a suction mount onto the perspex, however it's a rather sloppy thing and tends to wobble about when trying to use the phone.
I like the phone in this position because it makes it easy to use and read. It's an iphone that I use to access the ERSA, clock and make the odd phone call etc.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
