I just did a flight at FL190 19,000 feet and was very disappointed with the performance. Basically, last 2,000 feet barely got 100fpm. What I did was stepped leveloff gained speed, traded speed for altitude. When finally level, MAP 26 inches 24 gph and only TAS of 146 knots. Outside air temp -23 C.

If anyone else can post some numbers I will update and balance my profile. Attached PDF file of screen shots and foreflight by altitude performance numbers.
