in books by Jeremy M Pratt (Pilots Guide to xxxx)
a "Aileron Counter Weight" is mentioned that can be OBSERVED via the Wing-Tip...

So whatever direction I deflect the Ailerons, I can not see anything inside.

Just out of curiosity, did anyone actualy peeked (somehow) inside and managed to see it installed?

I know it should look like this:
