I'm considering the wing fillet to help reduce the Comanche thump. In addition, I've read that the root fairing improves low speed handling. It seems a bit suspicious that k2u claims the fillet makes a Comanche land like a 172. To be clear, I'm not really looking for top end speed. I'm interested in improved handling. For reference, my plane is a PA24-260. I have a nose slipper and metco wing tips already. Does anyone have any thoughts on these mods, even if they are on a different airframe?
