Oil Door Latch Corrosion

78 Turbo Arrow.

The bracket that holds the oil door latch mechanism is corroding where the pin that serves as the mechanism “axle” is secured to the bracket. It has become sufficiently loose to render the door subject to popping open due to vibration.

I don’t see the latch as a replaceable assembly separate from the upper cowl. Is this repairable?
