Spoke with AOPA about inability to access the data base. They were aware of the problem. The reason for no access is that the congress has asked that all such sites (not sure which are included) are now reqored to be set up in a single system IT wise. The new system is under construction and will again be available in an unclear time frame and perhaps in a new format. AOPA is aware of the problem and is urging that this get done ASAP but of course this is the bureaucracy in action so who knows how long. I think multiple calls to AOPA about it may be helpful.
