New owner of a 1965 Cherokee 180

Great forum.
Just bought 1965 Cherokee 180 with 2200 hrs TT, and 450 SMOH on engine.
It still has the old coffee grinder radios in it, but the seller is giving us a new NARCO Mark 12D nav/com.
What am I looking at as far as installing this thing?
