I live in Huntsville, Alabama and have been out of flying for 29 years. Now I'm at an point where I have the time and money that I ran out of in my late 20's to resume flight! I learned in a Beechcraft Sport and have flow Sports, Sundowners, C150's and C172's, but never a Piper. My first 0.5 hour back was in a Warrior and after that experience I think that's the one for me! So I'm working on some deals with Warriors. Any tips on buying (reading all the AOPA stuff, etc) remotely, getting the pre-buy, etc. Would be appreciated. Info on "average" annual costs also... Thanks and looking forward to learning. I'm also an avid boater with a 37' Express Cruiser and have learned so much from fellow boaters on boards such as this!
