All:
I have a PA-28R-180 and during preflight yesterday I noticed my landing light had gone out.
I am a bit overwhelmed at the vast array of lights for sale, just on Aircraft Spruce and am at a loss on exactly which light will even be compatible with the housing, let alone which has a good reputation.
Any suggestions? Can I be reasonably assured that almost any light I choose will fit in to the housing on my lower cowling?
Alternatively, how can I check the housing to identify which lights are able to be placed into it?
