I'm a bit late to this, but next October will be the last cycle printed on paper:
Effective the November 5, 2020 cycle, the paper format of the Canada Air Pilot (CAP & CAPGEN) will no longer be available. The last cycle date to purchase a paper subscription will be October 10, 2019. Single sale purchases of paper publications will be available up to, and including, the September 10, 2020 cycle.

Unlike the FAA plates (glue-bound, cheap newsprint) the Nav Canada plates were on good paper, easy to read, and spiral bound to lie flat. I still prefer them to a tablet screen, and I'll miss them, but I guess printing them doesn't make economic sense any more.
