more of an avionics question than plane specific..ipad and nav radios

is there an ios app and handheld nav/com radio that will talk to each other over say Bluetooth.

there are many handheld radios (yaesu,icom,sportys) with nav/com
each displays an LCD nav instrument with basic crosshairs.

wondering if any radio provides a link between the radio and ipad to display a nav virtual instrument on the ipad display?
