I am installing the Skybeacon for adsb out compliance. Uavionix is not going to certify their skysensor (adsb in). Can I install a noncertified skysensor as a minor change? adsb in is not a requirement. I currently use a portable. It seems like a little unit such as the skysensor in place of my navlight would be a minor change.
