Above is on a PA28-160 which a few months ago ran rich/rough and wouldn't stop with pulling mixture,mags had to be shut off.Anyway the Carb was rebuilt by my A&P IA and reinstalled today,All the parts were new from MS.The float works BUT the needle seems to hang or stick in the seat,You can feel an almost imperceptible dragging when you move it by hand.Of course the plane is still grounded.I might mentions this is not the first carb rebuild for my A&P.Anyone with ideas??? He calling MS in the AM.
BTW while we were at it we installed a new mechanical pump just because,that jobs was accomplished in about 30min,we fooled with the carb about 2 hrs
