Lycoming Fly wheel assembly (aka starter ring gear assembly)
p/n LW-11380
with 133-tooth (10/12 pitch, coarse) gear
Two belt grooves.
This was removed from a PA-28-140 (O-320-E3D) with air conditioning... one groove for the A/C compressor, one for the alternator.
