I have a 1976 Cherokee Six for sale, only 2090 total hours, always hangared. Sold new in Oklahoma, then to Texas from 1985 until April 2010. With less than 80 hours on zero time factory reman, all new hoses, baffles & seals, mounts & new exhaust & heat box. McCauley 3 blade prop with 610 TSNEW and 117 SPOH. No damage ever. Six forward facing seats in pale blue leather, all new interior in May 2010. One piece windshield with Rosen sun visors. Has a one-piece instrument panel with Aspen EFD1000 Pro, Garmin GNS430W, King KX155, GDL39-3D ADS B link with Synthetic Vision on panel mounted Garmin 796, XM weather, ADS-B weather & traffic, KT76C transponder. Artex 406 MHZ ELT. Century Autocontrol IIB autopilot coupled to Aspen. STEC System 30 altitude hold installed. JPI EDM 930 Primary Engine Data Management system. And a $12k Garmin GTS-800 active traffic system.

Stripped & painted in 1995, then aircraft was properly pickled and stored till 2009. Zero time Lycoming factory rebuilt engine and all new parts firewall forward installed in January 2014. This is the latest design roller tappet engine.

Nice plane ready to go with no issues and lots of updates. Just added an Arctic Air R134 electric air conditioner to the plane. Keeps it cool in the Florida heat. Cruise at 145+ knots on 16 gph.

$155,000 firm. You will not be disappointed.

No brokers please, private sale only.
