Hello Piper people. My 140 has a left turning problem when I taxi. I have to hold significant right rudder pressure to taxi straight, so much so that I get a sore leg pretty quickly.

Has anyone else had this kind of problem with their airplane? I have ruled out dragging brakes, which was my first thought, by replacing brake parts and hoses. My mechanic is talking about shims in the torque links. Thoughts.
