Hey everyone. Just purchased a beautiful Tomahawk. I have not yet flown it completely home due to poor weather but she's almost home. Hopefully in a couple weeks I can finish the last few legs and bring it home. Anyways, I was hoping to get some insight on landing lights.
Is there a brand or model that is a good fit for the Tomahawks?
Is there anything I should be aware of or avoid in these products?
From my understanding I believe I can perform the install myself as a private pilot... with the proper instructions or STC and a logbook entry, I should be good...right? haha thanks
FAR 43 Appendix A states that the pilot/owner can replace “bulbs, reflectors, and lenses of position and landing lights.”
