I finally got around to installing my wheel fairing (After month of trying to get the correct parts in etc...) The next time i visited the hangar, the left side had turned "blue". My fuel drain had obviously been leaking. So I cleaned up the fairing and sat for a good half hour just waiting on one drop to come out, it never did. but there was quite a bit of dye on fairing. I had previously ordered some replacement drains and had them sitting ready so my A&P and i got a little 100LL on us and installed them. The reason I bought new ones was because that side felt a little stiff. Aside from the obvious loss of fuel in flight would a very slow leak like that cause any other problems?
