Jeppesen web site is functioning (with a big red banner about "technical difficulties"). Login is disabled, chat is offline, email contact form doesn't work, phones are not answered. I was able to download yesterday's chart updates via JDM, though I haven't tried installing them in my IFD540 yet.

Three days ago, I received an email from Jepp saying that my account was inactive and would be suspended if I didn't login. Suspicious given that I have an active subscription, but I checked the links, they all seemed valid (I don't click on emailed links). IDK if this email is related to the attack, which seemed to start around then. I was unable to login then either.
