Is there a way to upgrade PA-28 Circuit Breaker Panel?

I own a 1979 Piper PA-28-236 Dakota S/N 28-7911141 which is a great airplane. Last year I needed to replace a panel light 5 amp CB and the only available source was a salvage suppler that supplied a used, "as is", CB. I was able to bench test it as serviceable and it has worked OK so far but I would prefer to buy and install new serviceable parts.

This year I need to replace the nav light 7 1/2 amp CB. Again I can only locate a used, "as is" CB from a salvage supplier charging $45.00 USD for the one CB, which needs to be tested once it is received, as it may or may not be serviceable.

Is anyone aware of an FAA approved shop, STC, or a way to upgrade the circuit breaker panel in my certified Piper Dakota aircraft?
