Installed a new door seal on 1969 Arrow II Still has an air leak

I finally decided to install a new door seal on the old bird...The installation was OK except, the old glue removal was a pain. The product was the knot2u expensive ADS1200-3-1-1 seal.
Realigned the door per instructions ( see pictures). I think I might have to bend the door or something so I am looking for ideas.
