Has anyone sourced automotive inertia reels that would work on a ceiling mount point for these Wag Aero POS harnesses? You know the ones that lock you in so you can't reach the flap actuator or the fuel selector? I read somewhere that pre-1973 GA planes don't need STC'd safety belt components; the rationale appears to be that anything is better than the originally supplied nothing. My 235 has the ceiling mount points that are attached to a simple belt style modified 'D' ring. Only purpose currently is to have a place to hang the shoulder harnesses that terminate in the baggage compartment, waving their useless Wag Aero tags.
